Invite guests to your Experience reservation

When you want to invite a guest to your experience reservation, share your reservation link and ask them to click or tap Join experience. Once they do, they’ll receive an email confirming the reservation details—like where to meet and how to prepare for their upcoming experience.

When to invite guests to an experience you’ve reserved

• After booking and up until 1 day before start time: you can share your invite link by clicking or tapping Invite guests on your experience reservation
• Day before start time: Go to your experience reservation and click or tap Manage guests

Changing the guest count for your booked experience

To change the total number of guests (not just who’s joining), cancel and re-book with the right number. Refunds are subject to the host’s cancellation policy
