Stop hosting Airbnb.org emergency stays

Want to make a change to your listing or take it off Airbnb.org altogether? No problem. The process you use depends on whether your listing is only available for emergency stays with Airbnb.org or also for regular Airbnb stays.

If your listing is only available for Airbnb.org emergency stays

You can permanently remove or delete your Airbnb.org listing, as long as you have no active or upcoming reservations.

If you have any active or upcoming reservations, your listing can’t be removed until all reservations are completed. Instead, you can unlist your listing for now or block your listing’s calendar to ensure you don’t get any new bookings, and then remove your listing as soon as all reservations have been completed.

Alternatively, you can cancel any reservations you have, but the host cancellation fees and other consequences will apply.

If your listing is available for both regular and Airbnb.org stays

This type of listing will appear in regular Airbnb search results. You can keep your listing active for regular stays and simply choose to stop hosting Airbnb.org emergency stays.

To unlist your listing just from Airbnb.org
