How to report discrimination to Airbnb

Airbnb’s Nondiscrimination Policy was created to encourage respect and inclusion in our community, and we take reports of discrimination seriously.

Report a listing on Airbnb

Report a listing on desktop

  1. Click the listing that you want to report
  2. Under the pricing details section, click Report this listing
  3. Select the reason you're reporting the listing and click Next
  4. Give further details (if required), and then click Submit

Report a message

Report a message on desktop

  1. Click Messages and select the conversation you want to report
  2. In the message, click the three dots 
  3. Click  Report this message
  4. Select the reason you're reporting the message and click OK
  5. Give further details (if required), and then click Submit


Report a host or guest on Airbnb through their profile

Report a profile on desktop

  1. Click the profile of the person you want to report
  2. Click Report at the bottom of the page
  3. Under What’s happening? select your reason for reporting the profile
  4. Click Next
  5. Give further details, and then click Submit

If you experience discrimination during a trip and feel unsafe or require urgent assistance, you can contact the 24-hour safety line for support. Please provide specific details and identify the person who you believe violated the Nondiscrimination Policy.
