Newly built (2023) property with three separate apartments, all with amenities including underfloor heating. Accommodation facing south with a magnificent view of Lake Mälaren. Close to the bus to Stockholm city. Grocery store within cycling distance. Apartment with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen (32 m2 in total). Private patio with evening sun. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (140 cm wide), and in the kitchen, there is a bunk bed with two beds (for people no taller than 175 cm). Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a cooker with an induction hob and oven.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Välkommen till vår villa som ligger lite lugnt och skönt ute på landet, omgiven av skog och öppna åkrar. Det är perfekt för dig som vill komma bort från stadens brus men ändå ha nära till allt. Villan är ganska stor och har en härlig, stor pool på 50 m² som passar perfekt för att svalka sig eller bara hänga och ha kul. Den stora trädgården är superfin och perfekt för allt från fotboll och kubb till picknick eller bara slappa i solen.
