Close to the main highlights of the south coast and only 4km off the main road (road n°1). It is also a great location to see the northern lights, away from any light pollution. Thanks to it’s large windows, you can watch the northern lights while having dinner or from the warmth of your bed.

The large panoramic front window lets you enjoy nature right from the bed: stunning sunrises, Northern Lights and views of the river, mountains and volcano Hekla. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, all necessary kitchen tools, slippers, ropes and hot tub

The Shed, country atmosphere

The Shed is totally renovated and has a cozy warm atmosphere. Situated on a working farm far away from traffic and densely populated areas. The Shed sleeps four and has modern amenities. The Shed is perfect for families or two couples travelling together. It is a great base for travelling around the south of Iceland with a selection of self-drive tours you can do e.g. the Golden Circle, The South Coast, Þjórsárvalley, etc. There are also many tour companies operating in this area.

The Condo is a 62 m2 on ground floor in a building complex. It has a bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and free coffee, and a living room. In the living room there is a four seater corner sofa that can be converted to a double sofa bed. It also has a 46" Tv with Chromecast and the local channels. The Bedroom has queen size bed. WiFi and parking is free.

The place is nearby the main road but at the same time a remote place, with a great view of the coastline on one side and the mountains on the other side.
