Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Quiet, central duplex apartment

Park the car in the underground garage (1.9 m) and go on vacation! Sleeps up to 6 on 2 levels (steep stairs, 1 toilet). Right outside the door: in winter, ski lift, cross-country ski trail, winter hiking trails. In summer, there is a lake, hiking and biking trails. Ski/bike, shoe room. After a day outside, you can cuddle up in the apartment. Use the swimming pool, 2 different saunas, Kneipp, cold bath, relaxation room or fitness center for relaxation. Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.

A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
