Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom with TV and Wi-Fi. Please indicate in your inquiry whether you are traveling alone or as a couple. So I can make a price adjustment. The second person costs an extra 5 euros per night. At the moment there is still a construction site outside!

For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Centrally located and modern apartment. 3-minute walk to the train station, 5-minute walk to ZEISS. All shops serving everyday needs (groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, snacks, bakeries, etc.) are a few minutes' walk away.
