Holiday rentals with a patio in Heidelberg

Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed in Amy & Saxon's place for a week with a 6-month old and it was brilliant value - the location is excellent, the size was generous, the bed & sofa were both very comfortable, the amenities well considered - everything you want (a bath! a full sized fridge! an enormous wardrobe! a fully equipped kitchen! a washing machine!), and it is so warm with personal touches. I absolutely loved the afternoon light in the front room each day. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!

My stay at Emily's could not have been better. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she was right there with a response. Her place is gorgeous and she has thought of everything to make her guests stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked. The bed is exquisitely comfortable. Superb. Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The space was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the backyard; it was beautifully maintained and a great spot to unwind. The home had everything I needed and made for a very comfortable stay. I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

The place looks exactly like the photos—very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential utensils and amenities. The outdoor entertainment area is a standout feature, offering beautiful views and a great space to relax. Communication with Dave and Nat was smooth and prompt. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

An amazing apartment in an idillic setting and suburb. Close to shops at Camberwell Junction and plenty of cafes. Loved the bakery, cafe downstairs.
