As our name implies, this spacious loft-style apartment on the top floor above "Sigourney Mercantile" awaits after you CLIMB up TWO flights of stairs (no elevators, sorry, so pack accordingly)! Once you reach the "summit” of your climb up the stairs, take a step back in time with retro-style furnishings & modern comforts of home. Kids are welcome. However, please note this is a loft-style apartment so beware it is not completely child-proof due to its design

Beautiful private setting, fully furnished modern apartment available as 1 or 2 bedroom centrally located. If you need 2 bedrooms , you should list 3 guests. This will unlock the 2nd bedroom and create $20 additional charge per extra guest. For 4 guests list all 4 guests. Within five minutes of the hospital, John Deere facilities, JBS facilities, high school, restaurants, courthouse, park, downtown within 5 to 10 minutes of the mall area. Several churches in the area. No animals allowed.

We are 10 minutes from Amish country in Kalona where you can check out the Sale Barn, shop at antique stores, eat cheese curds at Kalona Creamery, and more. Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City is about 35 minutes away. Riverside Casino is about 15 minutes away.

Come and enjoy a peaceful, quiet neighborhood at Granny's Place. As you walk in the door, you will feel at home in the spacious entire first floor of the house consisting of two bedrooms and a beautiful sunroom dining area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. A washer/dryer combo is located between the bedrooms for convenience. This house is centrally located and only 1 mile away, and less than 5 minutes from the hospital if that is your temporary place of employment. A place to relax!
