This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

This is an absolutely fantastic home base to explore the NH lakes region as well as eastern VT! Jesse was an amazing host. He was super helpful and offered a myriad of hiking and dining suggestions well in advance of our stay, and even offered an earlier check-in time! The directions were easy to follow, surrounding location exactly as-described, and check-in was a breeze. Inside: The home itself was very well appointed, including a lot of really fun games! We loved how the focal point of the main gathering space was a great table rather than a TV. Excellent idea!! Plenty of space for our family of 5 including 3 older teens. Outside: The deck was lovely, and the neighbors waved to us when we passed, which made us feel right at home. Super close to Newfound Lake, and Squam too- if you want to see where “On Golden Pond” was filmed! :) Odysea was great for coffee and a quick breakfast, and Hannaford is super close for groceries. So sad to be leaving. Don’t miss this treasure!

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. If every Airbnb were like this one, hotel chains would be out of business. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be back. Mahalo you for an exceptional stay and A Hui Hou!

Very nice house with many new appliances and furnishings. We were in town for a wedding at the Owl's Nest Resort (gotta love those outside weddings in the cold rain). The house was about a 5 minute drive from the venue. since we were there for 2 nights, we also went to the Mad River Café for breakfast, a side trip to the Woodstock Inn & Brewery in North Woodstock to sample the adult beverages and to do a little touristy shopping, and lastly the Dam Brewery which is only a mile or so away (very enjoyable people here). The accommodations were great and comfortable and very clean. If in the same area again for any reason, would stay here...much, much better than a hotel.

There are not enough words to express how incredible our stay was. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a Nespresso machine (my favorite), and the view of Newfound from the back yard was beautiful. my favorite parts were the sun room with open window facing the lake and the shower, which had a sauna. The hosts were very responsive and extremely accommodating with early check in. I would highly recommend staying a Marianne and Tom's home without hesitation.

Excellent house and incredible location! Location right next to the river was amazing and peaceful. The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. For instance, when we ran out of the propane gas used for the grill after the first night, they immediately drove all the way to refill it for us the next morning. We really appreciated the quick response. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a short vacation/retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed gathering our family (for the 2nd time) at this private, spacious and cozy cabin, well supplied for anyone's needs/wants (as detailed in information supplied by our gracious hosts) with beautiful lake views. And it was immaculate!! Enjoyed the fishing and the loons! We'll be back!

The location was quiet and private. Wish we had more time to sit on the porch and relax, it was so nice. The house was impeccably clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans, utensils, etc. the house was comfortable and in good condition.

This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

Beautiful space - perfect for two couples or small families. My husband and I went for a weekend away with my parents. Loved the location being close most places around the lake and Megan was super responsive to anything we needed. 5 stars all the way!

This is the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. And we’ve done our fair share of travel! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my 30th birthday here and had a great time with plenty to do even with a rainy/cloudy weekend. We slept 8 & a dog comfortably. We loved the fire pit, sugar shack, proximity to Walter’s Basin, Inn Kitchen & Bar, West Rattlesnake Mountain, and nearby ice cream shop! We even drove down to Winnipesauke Boat Rentals in Laconia to rent a boat for the day. The airbnb was a perfect place to be for down time- there are so many amenities and the hosts really go the extra mile for you!! Such a nice stay, we would definitely book here again.

We stayed for a long holiday weekend with our adult kids and their partners (6 of us). The house is gorgeous and comfortable and the best-appointed BnB we’ve ever seen. Literally anything you could want or need. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and secluded yet within 15-30 minutes of fantastic local food and activities. High points for us were the deck with amazing views (including of a handsome black bear that moseyed past early our first morning!), great kitchen and gathering spaces, and the awesome fire pit. Dana was super responsive and flexible and made us so comfortable, a perfect host. I can see us returning (we considered never leaving, but…). 10/10.

Great place, right on the lake. We were there for a ski trip but will definitely stay there in the summer to enjoy the lake!

We were so pleased with this property and would love to stay here again! Manny was a great communicator, I didn't realized that it was a shared hot tub for every unit except 4 and he was quick to help me change our reservation to unit 4. It was very clean and it is west facing so you get beautiful sunsets. Great place with great hosts!

It was our best “Vacation Dating” stay. From the moment we stepped inside, Jessica’s thoughtfulness for her guests showed throughout this Tiny Home. She smartly provided every amenity imaginable…some unimaginable, unique, and thoughtful…to make one’s stay very comfortable. Then there was the hot tub. I never imagined enjoying one in a snow fall like we did our first morning there. Do make reservations to stay and enjoy the experience. Let it be your best “Vacation Dating” stay, too.
