House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. The chalet, built in 2018, is located on a sunny slope in the top row of Almdorf, with the best panoramic view, 1,300 metres above sea level and just a stone's throw from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. The solid timber construction and prime location of the chalet provide a cosy, relaxing and, in short, healthy atmosphere. - Design follows function - Modern meets tradition - The property leaves little to be desired for enjoying the most beautiful time of the year.

Gorgeous Chalet is located on the quiet and all-day sunny side of Lake Bled. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). It is one of few private properties in Bled suitable for larger families/groups, plus it has a large private parking. Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.
