The Piney Cove is in a peaceful setting at the edge of Pick City. Fronted by pine and evergreens, it is both very private and accessible. Lake Sakakawea and the Missouri River are just minutes from the front door. The exterior features a wraparound deck and hot tub and a large yard. The interior is completely refurbished with a light coastal appeal in tones of blue and gray and accents of driftwood. The cottage features a downstairs bar, TV, WiFi, open living space and three large bedrooms.

An incredible year-round remodeled lake cabin with gorgeous views from almost every room! This stunning home is located on Garrison Bay (Lake Sakakawea) in the Garrison Creek Subdivision in the heart of walleye fishing and deer/pheasant hunting. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath on the main floor, including a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a shower. There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.

Lower level apartment in duplex. Daylight windows in a quiet neighborhood. The upper level is also an airbnb. Only people who are considerate of their neighbors peaceful stay are encouraged to request a stay. First and last names of all guests required for my records. Entry using personalized code. Welcoming bookings for a minimum of 5 nights and longer. Near shopping, food, and entertainment. Conveniently located near park, bike path, and zoo. Not suitable for children.

Make some memories at this unique and family/dog friendly place. Great location for both hard and soft water fishing. Waterfowl and upland bird hunters welcome. Indoor dog house and outdoor run available. Great location if attending the ND Governors cup walleye tournament In July or the Dickens Festival in November. Seasonal RV hook up available if traveling with others. Boat charging station. Garage stall available for keeping things warm during winter fishing.

House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.

It is an RV, however, we’ve added a few things to make it feel more like home. First, a tankless water heater. Second, full water and sewer hookups. We also are continuing to upgrade!
