A magical 2-night farm stay! We had a truly wonderful experience at Home of Fairlie. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the peaceful countryside setting was perfect. The farm tour was a definite highlight — we got to meet many friendly animals including alpacas, goats, horses, and sheep. My nephew was especially thrilled, spending hours exploring the farm and bonding with the animals. The breakfast basket was generous and delicious, filled with fresh, local produce — a lovely way to start the day. The house was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make us feel at home. It’s a perfect place for families or anyone looking to enjoy nature and authentic Kiwi farm life. Thank you for such a memorable and heartwarming stay — we hope to return one day!

Charlotte and Chad were extremely responsive Hosts. We felt that ensuring we enjoyed a peaceful stay was as important to them as it was to us. The cottage was amazingly warm and was very well equipped, with a comfortable bed and good shower. It is worth stepping outside after dark to look at the stars, such a clear view, it was stunning. The cottage has been thoughtfully positioned so capture the best view, opening the drapes in the morning to look out at fields and mountains was exactly what we had hoped for and it did not disappoint. We will be back, thank you.
