We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Cozy Private Basement Suite - Easy Freeways Access

A cheery 700 sq ft suburban daylight basement with street parking that’s optimized for 1-2 people offers a separate office with desk, lamp, chair & high-speed wifi. No cooking allowed though close to many great restaurants (or use food delivery). Micro, Keurig & hot water kettle provided. Air Fryer upon request. We live upstairs so you’ll hear quiet footsteps & voices. Day trips nearby abound- see our guides here. Due to allergies unable to accept pets. NO smoking or vaping on our property 🚭

Enjoy complete privacy in this beautifully newly renovated (2025) above-garage guest suite, fully detached from the main house—your own quiet retreat with no shared living spaces. This bright and thoughtfully designed studio features a comfortable queen bed plus a daybed with optional pull out trundle, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests—perfect for families or small groups. Modern finishes, full bathroom with stacked washer/dryer and large full kitchen create a welcoming, updated feel.

Salmon Creek Retreat, 1 bdrm guest apartment

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. One small pet allowed IF included in reservation.
