Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hazard

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heather’s place. We were in for a concert and were so thankful to have found and booked this gem that is in perfect walking distance to the Arena and multiple restaurants. Being our first time in Pikeville, we loved it & would most definitely visit again! A bonus thanks to the hosts - they are all wonderful and super responsive with any questions you may have!

My only complaint is that the neighbors were a little noisy and I work night shift so had to sleep during the day.

Communication was undoubtedly the best you could get! Not only did she make the guests feel welcomed with cinnamon rolls as a warming gift, but she also arranged to have the place cleaned again for my son and his new wife to stay in for their after wedding night! This Airbnb was literally 2 minutes from the venue which was such a big help considering they had to run back and forth several times! We could not have been more pleased with the price, communication, location, and hospitality! If you are getting married at Oak Hill Gardens, you need to 100% stay here! Side note: This town suffered great loss the weekend before due to a tornado that destroyed a lot of their neighborhoods. Despite this tragedy, the owner made the weekend extra special and kept nerves calm and everyone at ease. We truly appreciated this and we send love and prayers to London 🫶🫶💯

Great stay!

I stayed at this location for a month during a clinical rotation for school. Carey was a great host! Very helpful and responsive. The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The area was peaceful and felt very safe. My only suggestion is bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper because the road noise can be loud, but outside of that it was a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The space is as described and despite there being other tenants in other sections of the building, everyone was discrete and there was enough parking for everybody. Our private unit was clean, cozy, and perfect for our needs. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, very welcoming and homey feeling. Very comfortable beds, couch and chairs. plenty of seating for our family. Home well equipped with everything you need! We loved sitting on the back porch with creek running. large yard for the kids to play! Lots of family games that we enjoyed playing together! Beautiful area to enjoy the mountains. Shawn and Karen very helpful and quickly answered questions. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation !!! And for those who love seeing bears… we spotted several at Kingdom Come State Park and on 119!!!

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s place! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was so close to downtown which made it easy to grab a bite to eat. It was so nice to hear the birds chirping in the morning from our bedroom. Jennifer also was such a great host. She answered my messages very quickly!

The house is beautiful and the location is peaceful. Clear instructions were provided and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Billie is a terrific host! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay there again.

Experience a little piece of tranquility in the middle of the town. Location is perfect if you are visiting Manchester, KY or the surrounding areas for their beautiful mountainous views and awesome trails. This was our first visit to this home, but will definitely be booking again. The home is a renovated older home but has all the amenities you need. The rooms were all great sizes and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home once we arrived. Andrew, the host, was very easy to communicate with and was available for any needs. It was just the place we needed to unwind from our busy life styles. Our teenage girl even enjoyed the peace and quiet. We had sitings of deer, turkey, and loads of various wild life. It is hard to believe that at the end of the driveway that you are in town.

Wow! What a beautiful area! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We are outdoor enthusiast, so we had so much to do! The cycling on hillbilly trails was both fun and thrilling. Riding the curvy roads through the national forest and Breaks was amazing! Rock climbing was easy to access and there were great routes. It was really cool to see orange salamanders on our hike! Finally, the people here, were friendly and welcoming! Our accommodations the Alma Potter house was inviting and Homie. We will be back!
