The house is comfortable and clean and it provides a great basecamp to many trails, rivers, and other Northwoods attractions. I would definitely recommend it for your next trip to the Hayward area.

Our stay at Loon Lake was wonderful! Janie was fantastic to deal with - very friendly and welcoming. Communication was great from the moment we booked. She shared helpful tips for us to prepare for our visit and made check-in a breeze. The property is beautiful and convenient to Hayward. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the train only added to the charm. We would absolutely stay at Loon Lake again and plan to do so in the future.
