“Wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay. The home is completely rented, so it feels more like a hotel than an air bnb.”
COVID PROTOCOLS: Host follows Airbnb Cleaning Checklist between guests The Nordic Horse is more like a farm stay! This is a working horse farm, many of the horses are located on this property. Have coffee on deck overlooking a pasture with the two miniature (little ones can sit on them) horses and the friendly llama that begs for apple slices . The house and barn is a little bit of Norway built in 1880 .
“Ann is a wonderful host the the farm is so charming. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it, and the animals that live on the property. We needed a night's sleep on our way back home to Chicago from South Dakota and this place was perfect and Ann was very accommodating and responsive. Got us closer to home, it is right off the highway but very quiet, sparkling clean, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed looking at all the Norwegian decorations and furniture. It felt like living in a different time. I highly recommend it. Not to forget, we fed some apples to the llama and the little ponies that live on the property on our way out. My 4 year old daughter was so excited about this little adventure.”
