Quiet Escape

Entire house on a large lot. 3 bedrooms plus a sitting room and large family room. The fourth “room” is a loft with a twin size beanbag. A ladder leads you to a secret getaway that a kid would love. Lots of space to stretch out and enjoy your time away. Family room has foosball, fireplace and a comfortable sitting space with a full size futon bed. The yard is large and a great place to play or sit around and BBQ. You will love the quiet location that is close to many amenities.

Quiet Coeur d’Alene Studio with King Bed

The attention to detail of Michael & Allyson’s place is remarkable! Pictures of where to park and how to access the AirBnB were extremely helpful. Light switch labels and how to use the fan were so nice to have. Every surface was squeaky clean, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the refreshments/snacks are so thoughtful - even coffee creamer was provided! I felt incredibly “at home”, safe, and refreshed. Top notch AirBnB in a quiet neighborhood. Will recommend to anyone planning to visit CDA. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer - next time I plan to play with their sweet doggie’s and chickens! Thank you Michael & Allyson! Give Bo a squeeze from us! 🐾

The location was beautiful, the amenities available to us were numerous, we felt we had good privacy even being on the hosts property, and Calista and Caleb were kind, responsive, and thoughtful about this space. It was an all around relaxing and rejuvenating stay that we hope to have again in the future!

This home was a wonderful place to stay for a family trip to Silverwood! The location was conveniently located to activities, stores, and restaurants and was also very private and peaceful! The home was set up to be very comfortable and convenient. The back patio was a lovely place for morning coffee or evening family time. The host was very helpful and responsive. The home was well stocked with essentials. We loved our time here!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house with a lake view. Gorgeous interior designs had an older Victorian feel but everything was modern functionality. There was only a few uncertainties with the hot tub, but besides that we had a flawless stay. Highly recommend booking this Airbnb!

One of the best Airbnb's in which I've stayed. Eric's place is fantastic all-around - very clean and comfy. The location is great - easy and quick to get to downtown, but near plenty of restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. in midtown. The little details make all the difference though. Having things like the charging cables at the side of the couch and bed, the laundry baskets under the washer/dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets in the cabinet, and the coffee pods, protein bars and water in the fridge are the added touches that really make it outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.
