Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hay Riad

We had a fantastic time in the villa for the second time. We felt right at home again and will definitely be back. The size of the beautifully decorated house, the pool and garden, and the proximity to the beach are simply fantastic. Many thanks again to Hakima and Najat.

The location of Jason's place is exceptional. In the heart of the ancient Kasbah of the Oudayas, it has a magnificent view of the Oued River, the ancient medina and the city of Salé. Access to the accommodation was greatly facilitated by the driver, very friendly and welcoming, who picked us up from the airport. We had a wonderful stay with the family and highly recommend this Airbnb! Thanks for everything!

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

Younes house was a lovely Moroccan house. The location is nice, it's easy to be with the kids, there's no need to look for a parking spot, and there are pets nearby. Younes was very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Saad’s place! He is an excellent host very responsive, friendly, and attentive to any questions or needs. The house itself is beautiful and cozy, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offers a stunning view and is perfect for relaxing. The location is also ideal peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. For the price, this place is an incredible deal. You truly get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended!

I would recommend this place for its quality, cleanliness, and location. Ideal for discovering both Rabat and Salé as well as other cities like Fez because the accommodation is a 15-minute walk from Salé train station. Our host was very accessible and had great tips.

The apartment was quiet & in a nice area. All the main tourist attractions are close, as well as the train station if you like to make trips. We had a nice restaurant around the corner where we had a nice healthy breakfast. Yassine was a wonderful host, always helpful & very kind. We followed his recommendations & were always happy with it.

A great apartment. Well equipped, bright rooms, with blinds for the night, parking under the apartment, beach just a sidewalk away, pool clean. Fantastic. We'll be back.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was stunning with an incredible view of the city of Rabat. Perfectly located—just a short distance from major attractions and very close to the train station, making it super convenient to get around. Yassine was a fantastic host, always responsive and thoughtful. He even left a lovely gift, which was such a kind gesture. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Idriss’s place was really nice, centrally located in Agdal, close to many restaurants, a small supermarket open until 11 p.m., and right next to the large Rabat Center Mall. We really enjoyed our stay there. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lovely terrace. Even though it’s on the 4th floor without an elevator, there’s a kind concierge who helped us with our heavy luggage. Idriss also came by once at 11 p.m. to fix the Wi-Fi by bringing a new router. We recommend!

We had a great time at Zakaria's place. The listing was as described, the kids loved the pool and were able to play with the other children in the residence. The small convenience stores are very nice. The center of Rabat is a 20 min drive, very easy to access. A beach is close to the apartment. Zakaria was a very considerate and pleasant host. We recommend housing
