We enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious with luxurious, cosy carpet. So great to find a place with 2 separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed. It is located handy to the centre of town but in a quiet street. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to communications.

Loved our stay at Mel’s place. It was warm and welcoming and such lovely touches with milk and breakfast. Highly recommend

This is a cozy and well appointed studio with a beautiful outside patio, lots of sunlight, surrounded by greenery and very private. Excellent neighbor and walkable location to CBD Napier. I very much enjoyed staying here. And as a bonus, Rachel is very kind and communicative and was very helpful with questions I had about the area. I definitely recommend.

Great spot, well equipped and very comfortable. Nice little private courtyard which we made use of. We loved walking along the seafront to the beach. Lots going on around the area but also nice and quiet at night. So much to do in and around Napier! Judith met us on arrival (with milk) and suggested some places to go. She was accommodating and friendly but also gave us privy. Wonderful place, highly recommended 😁

Stayed over for 2 nights! I felt comfortable and at home. Perfect for myself, small and cozy. Had my own space. Perfect communication throughout my stay here. I loved it and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Hawke’s Bay!

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. The surrounding farm is beautiful and the cottage itself is spacious and comfortable. Our toddler absolutely loved it. Alan is an extremely welcoming host. Highly recommended.

Fiona was great! Place is super cute and cozy. Everything you need to stay warm. The shower is on the smaller size so if you are tall or plus size (like me) or even claustrophobic you might want to rethink it. Other than that, everything was great! 🙌🏽

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I travel a lot for mahi and I stayed there as property was very close to my conference venue. Well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed. The laundry is a bonus! First ever Air Bnb that has supplied enough loo paper & towels! Host popped in 2nd night with locally made chocolates. She’s so lovely and thoughtful. A couple of real simple ideas to make stay for guests even better would be: Must seal the bifold doors ASAP as was very draughty and cold. Will be worst in winter. May help with road traffic noise a bit as well as not double glazed. I needed to text host for instructions on how to work electronic curtains hehehe. Luggage racks would be handy for suitcases. Needs an “opening” to metal pathway edging as had to lift luggage up and over the pathway edging. Security light didn’t always come on. Was looking forward to a swim in pool but was not clean. Take gumboots as grass in parking area, not metal. My work shoes would have got soaked. BEAUTIFUL!

Beautiful modern cottage located in a private peaceful setting yet close to Havelock North. Cottage well equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Loved the peaceful rural surroundings and the character of the accomodation and were welcomed by 3 cute brown friendly chickens. Very cosy and warm and great water pressure in the shower. Also loved that it was so quiet at night, Thank you Lana for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely architecturally designed cottage 😊

It’s a beautiful house overlooking the apple orchards. Glenda’s prepared us brownies, fruits and chips before hand, which is very sweet gesture. It’s say a studio but the kitchen is separated from the bedroom. The appliances felt luxurious. The bed is very comfy, we actually overslept. The tv is big facing the sofa but you can turn it toward your bed. The laundry room is in a separate room right beside it. Definitely looking forward staying there again!

Beautifully designed accommodation. Modern, pristine and comfortable. Huge backyard for a dog to run and play which my dog absolutely loved. Giacomo and his wife are very easygoing and friendly hosts and were always available for any queries. My mother and I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time during our stay in Havelock North. The Airbnb was so cosy and well positioned for walking into town too. We would definitely stay again.

We were looking for a place to stay overnight after attending a family funeral in Napier, and finding an Airbnb close to the highway south of Napier isn't easy. So we were delighted to find The Phoenix on Millar in the village of Otane. Not only is it conveniently situated but is a cosy haven on a cold wet night. Good heating and a warm, comfortable bed. It also has a well equipped kitchen, and under cover parking is a bonus. We did have a little trouble finding the gate in the dark but that was a very minor problem. I'm sure that Carolina's place would be equally delightful in the summer especially with the tiny leafy courtyard off the bedroom just beckoning for a morning coffee or quiet read . would definitely recommend 🙂

Stephen has a lovely property. A clean and tidy space. A great extra is access to the rvier walk through the back yard.

Ann was so kind and accepted my last minute booking request, after I decided to hike out a day early from the Tongariro Northern Circuit due to bad weather. It was just the cozy place I needed - and oh did I sleep well! It was so nice and quiet. I would describe Ann's as a "peaceful retreat", and would encourage you to stay a few nights! Ann and her daughter warmly welcomed me, took the time to show me around, and we're just lovely to chat to. The little cottage was just the right size, private, and in the most gorgeous setting. I was kindly offered a late check out, and had the weather not been so sunny I would have happily stayed there all day! Some people are meant to host - Ann is one of those people 😊 I look forward to coming back someday in the future!

Really nice place to stay. Loved the hot spa with the cooler outside temperatures. Well set out place, quiet and comfortable. Well recommended.
