Charming and idyllic cottage on the shore of a quiet, clean lake in Toivakka. Ideal for families and telecommuting. Atmospheric in autumn and winter, it is fully winter-proof. Also wonderful during the Christmas season. Beautiful sunny yard area with a lakeside sauna and large terrace areas. Beach in the south/southwest direction. There is a ladder to the water on the dock. Good road to the yard, which is plowed in winter up to the door in winter. Toivakka's services are 7 km away. The cottage is for private use, so the calendar is updated in parts.

Villa Iltarusko

A lovely 66-square-meter log cabin, which has retained the atmosphere of a cabin, although there is electricity and water. The cottage has a large atmospheric fireplace. There are plenty of board games for rainy days. In summer, the best things to do are swimming, rowing, skimming the lake, and watching the sunsets... In winter, you can access snowmobile trails, ski on ice, snowshoe, and you can find sleds, slides, etc. You can also see the northern lights at the cabin. The northern lights are most visible in early autumn and spring.

Koskenrannan Helmi

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( e.g indoor WC and shower). It is located in the middle of old-growth forests, in a private bay & a calm lake with sunset view. A place, is meant to “adopt the pace of nature”, offers real retreat from hectic life. The rate includes use of hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (May to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
