Mini chatka with sauna

A small wooden house where you will be absorbed by the cozy atmosphere, the warmth of the fireplace and the possibility to use the sauna. The house blends in with nature, surrounded by willows and a picturesque pond. For an unforgettable experience of your stay, there is a newly added sauna, including a cooling tub (sauna including wood for heating is available on site for an additional fee) If you are also interested in a trip, we recommend the castle in Lipnice with nearby crystal clear quarries for swimming. Or the Orlík lookout tower near Humpolec, both within 20km.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house with a pool and sauna, Žďárské vrchy

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Chalupa Gabriela Na Želivce (Cottage Gabriela Na Želivce)

The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River in the old buildings of the tourist village Želiv. The cottage includes an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

Chata Modrinka Apartment 1

The cottage is located in a beautiful sunny place, near the Sečská dam (200m). Nearby summer restaurant, playground, tennis courts, pedal boat rental, boats and paddleboards. There are two bedrooms in the small apartment. One with a double bed and one with separate beds. An extra bed is possible on the couch. It has a private bathroom with a toilet, fireplace and terrace. Outside there is a sauna and a built-in heated barrel on the terrace. In JULY/AUGUST rent only for a week Sunday/Sunday.

Chalupa je na velkém oploceném pozemku asi 200m od přehrady, kde u pláže je v letní sezóně otevřena hospůdka s půjčovnou šlapadel a paddleboardů.Chalupa má dvě samostatné ložnice s manželskou postelí a třemi samostatnými lůžky . Velká společenská místnost s plně vybavenou kuchyní s myčkou, koupelna se sprchovým koutem a dvěma WC. Vytápĕní je krbovými kamny a tepelným čerpadlem. Přední venkovní terasa je krytá a zadní je vybavena slunečníky, lehátky, solarní sprchou a pingpongovým stolem.

Dům U Lipky

Nově postavený rekreační dům se dvěmi samostatnými apartmány. U většího apartmánu, který je nabízen je k dispozici venkovní terasa. Možnost uschování a nabíjení kol. Vhodné pro rodiny z dětmi, v části zahrady se pasou po většinu roku ovce. Ubytování se nachází v klidné části obce. Ubytování je možné po celý rok. tomhle ubytování je dostatek místa na zábavu všeho druhu pro celou rodinu.

Accommodation in a caravan and healing sleep over bees

Užijte si klid v malém údolíčku u potoka. Včely jsou mírné. V karavanu teče voda, zatopíte si, uvaříte si jídlo na ohni či v malé kuchyňce. Nabijete telefon. POZOR je zde pouze 12V. Karavan funguje za pomoci solárního panelu a autobaterie. Zkrátka dobijete si baterky. V topné sezóně je účtován poplatek za topení plynem a to 70kc/kg. Spotřeba se pohybuje mezi 2 až 4 kg/den.

Your whole family will relax in this quiet and pleasant environment near the Želivka River. In summer, you can swim in the spacious pool, go to the forest, grill good meat, or bake a few sausages on the fire and sit on the quiet terrace. A crib is also available in the apartment.

The caravan Žofie is a new addition to the family and is located near her older brother Alphonse. It offers a cozy minimal space to live without unnecessary embellishments. The surroundings are a feast for the eyes and a balm for the soul. Both in the winter and summer months!
