The cottage is on a large fenced property about 200 m from the dam, where a pub with pedal boat and paddleboard rental is open by the beach during the summer season. The cottage has two separate bedrooms with a double bed and three single beds. A large common room with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and two toilets. Heating is provided by a fireplace stove and a heat pump. The front outdoor terrace is covered and the rear one is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, a solar shower and a table tennis table.
