Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre, near the lake, with swimming opportunities. It is about 5 km to Motorway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 metres away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The cycle path network is well developed, and a restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 m away.
