Holiday rentals with a patio in Hauts-de-France

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

The apartment was great! Neat, clean, plenty of space and equipped with every comfort. Very nice also a real kitchen with everything you need. The bed also slept wonderfully. The communication with Louise was also very nice, attentive and clear. Very complete information about the apartment and all kinds of tips about the area, such as shops, restaurants, champagne houses, excursions, etc. And in 20 minutes of walking, you will be face to face with the cathedral. This apartment is definitely recommended!

Wonderful stay not far from Disney, was walkable, but also easy to do with the metro. The garden outside was also perfect, also for the children. Many restaurants, shops in the nice area. Very worthwhile and recommended.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. It is now rare to find accommodation on Airbnb that has character, and that feels like people have really lived in it; it is reassuring. We felt at home, everything was functional and warm, and as a bonus 50m from the train station, with a large car park nearby! Perfect. Our exchanges were also very cordial.

We loved this place! It was super clean and was a great location because we had to be at the airport early. Would for sure stay again!

The apartment is lovely, very clean and had all that we needed. June is a very responsive host, friendly and professional. Our only challenge was that the elevator in the building went out of service for a couple of days during our stay. June did everything she could to get to get it corrected and I appreciate that very much.

We had a great weekend. The accommodation is pleasant, bright and very quiet (special mention to the birdsong🐦‍⬛). In addition to the very nice decor, it is necessary to emphasise the extreme cleanliness of the place (and God knows that my wife is demanding😅). The bathroom is modern, the hot water tank has a small autonomy but you have to think about the planet 🌍 One small tip to further optimise this incredible accommodation, a blind on the front door would offer more privacy and reduce light in the morning☀️. Laura and Thibault were very pleasant and responsive, we will be happy to come back🤩

Vincent's townhouse is very well located in the heart of Eu and within walking distance of all amenities and cultural activities. The services are quality and the decor is neat. The ease of free street parking is very much appreciated. Communication was smooth with Vincent as well as with the concierge service. We appreciate the possibility of a flexible arrival and departure time. Stay lived up to our expectations.

Absolutely Magical! As amazing as the space looks in the photos, the reality is truly spectacular! Hélène and Stephane graciously welcomed us in, and walked us through the many secrets of their enchanting labyrinth. It is clear that they have put an enormous amount of love into the creation of this peaceful haven, and that they are passionate about sharing this magic with others!

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

It was a great stay! Everything is within walking distance in Reims. Kenza helped me very nicely with what to do in Reims and gave me tips. The car could easily be parked in the parking garage and was also within walking distance of the cottage. Recommended to anyone visiting Reims or the champagne region.

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

The apartment was lovely, everything perfect. They had thought of everything and left a nice welcome gift and tea and coffee. It was in a very good location near the beach and promenade and not far from the old town and ramparts.
