Beautiful apartment with superb sea view!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

Bright duplex, with reserved parking space, located 1 minute from the beach (100 m), 2 steps from the nautical base and its activities. You will be quietly settled in, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a secure building with a nice view of the dunes. All comforts are ensured thanks to quality bedding (1 bed 160 × 200 in bedroom and 1 bed 90 × 200 on mezzanine), an equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Your beds will be made on arrival + towels. Au cœur de Saint Valéry , face à la nature, "le grenier"est au 3e étage d'une maison valéricaine. Il offre de sa hauteur une très jolie vue sur les bateaux , la baie , les ciels changeants.. Lumineux , moderne , son aménagement sous les toits est atypique et lui donne tout son charme ( je le déconseille pour les personnes de plus d'1.80m) .Possibilité de garer 2 velos dans la cour securisee. It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites.
