A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom master suite overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

Superb six bedroom 18th Century converted Barn (to the neighbouring Chateau) with a private, fenced and gated pool (which can be heated at an extra cost), in a secluded valley. Although many of its original features have been retained, La Grange offers its guests all mod-cons – including a super-swish dining kitchen, eco-friendly wood fired hot tub and good superfast wifi. This is a wonderful house in a superb area - perfect for a group of friends or extended family.
