Located in Durbiat in the municipality of Champagnac le Vieux at an altitude of about 900 m, this stone house dating from 1878, renovated with care and love, simple but comfortable and warm, will welcome you with pleasure. Come and enjoy the calm and nature in a small typical hamlet, all with magnificent views of the Cantal and Sancy mountains. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails from the cottage. Body of water (swimming, fishing)

Logement pour 5 personnes, bébé compris. Chalet en bois de 46 m2 avec piscine et jacuzzi privatif pour une famille, entre amis ou en amoureux. Sauna sur réservation. 2 chambres: 1 pour un couple et la 2éme, grâce à son lit superposé: 3 enfants ou un 2ème couple. Sa cuisine équipée, ouverte sur la pièce à vivre, vous permettra de partager des moments conviviaux. Netflix et Canal+, pour vos soirées cinéma. Piscine chauffée de juin à septembre et ouverte toute l’année année.
