The cottage "Les Berges du Lac"offers a nature and coconning atmosphere with panoramic views of Lac de Lavalette. Enjoying a great location, a few meters from the Lavalette nautical base, playground for children and many hiking/mountain biking trails close to the chalet. Quietly renovated stone house in a small hamlet of Haute Loire. Ideal for holidays with family or friends for nature lovers: market (on the way to Stevenson), mountain biking, river (5km away). The house consists of 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen on dining room lounge. The house has an exterior with boule court and small terrace. We are looking for people who are respectful of the place who want to take a break.

A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
