In the heart of a quiet wooded park, this charming 92 m2 air-conditioned cottage essentially includes a large living room with a small bar open to a dining room and integrated kitchen; all on the ground floor with views of the park and on a large terrace with SPA, sauna, fireplace and garden lounges. In the park: swing, trampoline and pétanque court. Under a courtyard in the park: ping pong table, loveuse, swing, hammock. Water basin, squirrels, and falcons enhance the whole thing.

The entrance to the property is secured by an outdoor camera.
