Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The apartment comprises the entire attic of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - make the missing lift quickly forgotten. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.
