Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Bahareh was great host, she showed us around and let us know the ins and outs of her place and also let us know it was street full of families. Great place surrounded by nearby restaurants. Loved the open space and balcony area. I recommend this place for couples and small group of 2-4. Well kept place. Thank you again Bahareh for having us and our little family.

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.

Lovely air BnB in a beautiful location near the beach. The house was very clean and spacious and I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. The garden was beautiful and it was a lovely place to relax. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend and I plan to rebook next time I’m in the area.

I booked this apartment last minute for a work trip to Auckland and was thoroughly impressed. Helen was incredibly friendly and quick to accept my booking, which made the process stress-free. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. I really appreciated the environmentally conscious touches, from the sustainably sourced linen to the eco-friendly products throughout. The large balcony with a sliding door was a highlight — it opened up the entire space and let in loads of natural light, making it feel airy and relaxing. The apartment was very well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself was peaceful and quiet — I only saw two other people during my entire visit, which made it feel like a private oasis. The included secure car park was also a huge plus. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — just a short, easy walk to the best part of Ponsonby Road with amazing cafes and shops. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

Lovely destination to spend a few days after a hectic roadtrip around nz. The accommodation is in such a lovely location, few minutes from beach and only 29 min stroll to devonport and ferry. A perfect location for those wanting a more sedate and tranquil pace of life. The unit had everything one requires!

Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

Jaque is an amazing host! She is incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Her place is absolutely fantastic-clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Despite an unexpected delay that caused us to arrive very late, she waited patiently and greeted us even past midnight, which we truly appreciated. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Nick was the nicest guy ever and the place was incredible, especially for the price we paid!!

The place is very peaceful, located on a beautiful street, and highly convenient to reaching the CBD and the university of Auckland, either by bus or on foot. I prefer walking. The room is clean, well-organized, and even has a TV for entertainment. The bathroom opposite the room is used only by me. It offers great value of money. More importantly, Sarah is extremely helpful-she even gave me her public transport card when mine was not ready. It has been a wonderful experience, especially as I had just arrived in Auckland to study, and I truly felt supported.

Had a lovely stay; spacious rooms, nice living area, and fully functional kitchen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the Aotea Centre. About 30 minute walk to get down to the wharf. Highly recommend Coco’s Cantina around the corner; and loved that there was a washer and dryer, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Robert was very quick to respond to any messages, and very friendly to communicate with. He was very accommodating in helping me change my dates a couple of months before my trip. Overall lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

H ad an absolutely terrific 3 week work stay at Nicola’s apartment. Countdown is just around the corner, Takapuna village is a 12-min walk, and the building itself is super safe and secure. Neighbors are all friendly, too. Did I mention HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS?? Nicola (and Amanda) are incredibly responsive hosts, and so flexible and generous. My project continues in a couple of months and I hope the apartment is available again then. (Ubering everywhere takes just about 15 minutes, but next time I think we will hire a car since there is assigned parking to give us flexibility to explore a bit more.)

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

The apartment is completely new, everything was very clean, well equipped (I would appreciate bigger sofa but no big deal as you can lay in the comfortable bed.) Also pool and gym looked nice (we just did not use it but checked the out:)). Ying was responsive and nice.
