Pushing the gate of a winegrower's house built in 1627, you will be surprised by the perspective of the enclosed garden of 1300 m2. You will stay on the 1st floor in a 50 m2 space that will seduce you with its comfort and bold decor, its balcony and panoramic view, and its central location (9 km from Colmar). The owner, a painter, occupying the ground floor, has imagined a colorful and eclectic decor. Everywhere the eye lands, it is attracted by an incongruous detail.

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .

The accommodation consists of two apartments on two levels and is located in a historic winegrower's house built in 1599, located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard in a typical and preserved village. It has undergone a complete renovation and is equipped to accommodate large groups in optimal comfort. Located near Eguisheim, Colmar, Kaysersberg, it is located on the wine route and is the ideal starting point for visiting Alsace and the Vosges.
