House holiday rentals in San Juan

This stay was amazing! Everything was exactly as it was described. I would definitely come back to PR and stay at Samuel’s place. The house was very clean and was very spacious. If you are planning a trip with a group, I would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect and all the attractions and towns to visit were close by.

I had an amazing experience staying at Julenny’s home! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The house was beautiful, well-kept, and the solar panels were a wonderful eco-friendly bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. Julenny was an incredible host — communicative, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

The place is amazing find in the heart of San Juan. There are a couple of things you should know. There is a woman and 2 dogs that stayed with us on the property. She remained 100% out of the way and helped with what ever was needed. The dogs did get a bit yappey at 7am if you stayed In the back house. Pool is not as it is in the photo, there is hot water however it’s not the best but it’s 100% workable and we did not have cold showers. Hosts were amazing and I really can’t complain. It’s great for a large group or family. I went for my bachelor party with a group of 7 and we had a great time. The separation of the homes allowed for a large group but still privacy. They had plenty of cooking supplies and if all fails there is a 24 hour Burger King which I must say Burger King in Puerto Rico is way better than the states. Great overall stay and would 100% return.

First time I’m Puerto Rico with my husband and family. My husband is originally from PR and Steve made us feel right at home. Place was amazing great pool for the kids, everything was so close and so amazing. Thank you for everything we will definitely be back!

The property was well worth the money. We loved having the pool and the outdoor space. We had a couple of outdoor kitties, which just wanted some love. We had no issues with the neighborhood. Many locals recommended that tourist do not walk the neighborhood at night…but no concerns on our end. Overall impressed!

It was a lovely home and just as pictured. Only improvements could be that the spin bike seat was broken and there wasn’t two of the hand weights in the same weight. Otherwise, flawless!

I’ve stayed twice in the residence in April and each time it was a wonderful experience. Jose’s promptness answering all messages was stellar. Place was spotless every time. It has become my go-to every time I have to visit the island for work. Great place & great host!
