The place is super clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The position is also perfect, not far from old San Juan and strategic for nearby beaches. The hosts are so incredibly nice, welcoming and respectful - we felt like home the whole time.

Jose’s place was incredible. Perfect for a solo trip; walkable with the beach ~10 mins and tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The bus itself is so cool, had everything I needed for over a week’s stay and felt safe the entire time I was there. Would 100% stay here again on my next trip to San Juan!

I could tell I was not going to regret booking this stay the second I clicked book! Cattia was very helpful, responsive, and encouraging even before my friend and I arrived to the island! The place itself was cute and cozy! I really appreciated the fridge and microwave. The bathroom was nice and clean with hot water for the shower! The bed was a nice size to share with my friend and it was comfortable. The room was a little warmer when I came in at first, but Cattia provided proper tips and instructions on how to use the AC. I definitely recommend the stay to anyone considering this in their options.

This Airbnb might’ve been the highlight of our trip. It was clean, the amenities looked new, and it was a gorgeous home. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. The host was also a gem, he was very responsive to all our questions and even had local recommendations. 100% would stay here again.

Carmen’s place was honestly such a gem! It’s about a 15-minute drive from Old San Juan, or Carolina which I actually liked as I loved being able to walk around and feel like I was part of the neighborhood near the locals instead of being right in the touristy center. And yes, you’ll definitely hear the chickens. Lol. But that is what makes Puerto Rico such a fun place to visit! The chickens were honestly one of my favorite parts of the trip! They reminded me every day to get some fresh air, which I really appreciated. There were a few local eating places, a supermarket and even a gas station nearby so I could grab what I needed. The house itself was great. It was super clean, smelled amazing, and had way more space than I expected. As a student, I was so grateful for the little study area. It made it really easy to get work done when I needed to. Also, the wifi was fast and reliable. This place is definitely a great value, and if I come back to PR, I’m 100% staying here again!

Eileen place was close to the airport, only 11 mins away which felt super convenient especially flying in San Juan very late. There was everything I needed within a light distance, like old San Juan, tmobile district, fajardo, the rainforest, Walmart, isla verde and my ALL TIME favorite spot to eat PANADERIA ESPANA (must have for breakfast or lunch). Finding the Airbnb with the photos that was sent to me upon check in. The aesthetic so was beautiful, idk who designed it but it was really pretty & detailed. Shower was perfect, AC and fan was perfect. Bed was super soft, we passed on our boat ride one morning just to sleep more in. I was able to also use the TV to pay music while I got ready for a concert. Very quiet location and I felt very safe. Great spot if you’re in and out, like I was.

Pedro and Jesus were extremely responsive. The place was perfect for myself and my daughter (20) to stay in. When we visit PR again I will definitely try to book with them again.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Just as indicated perfect stay with kids and wife beatiful patio with exelent view. Super clean and comfortable.jhensen was always very responsive in case we needed any help we even added an aditional day. Would stay again in ant moment. Great place!

Very nice place to stay

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.
