Are you looking for a relaxing lakefront getaway with beautiful sunset views over the lake? If so, our comfy fishing cottage on Leach Lake in Hastings is for you! The cottage is a short drive north of downtown Hastings, which has been rated one of the best small towns in America by Norman Crampton, author of "The 100 Best Small Towns in America." Leach Lake is an all-sports lake with excellent fishing. The cottage is equipped with paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, and a row boat for your trip.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We have lots of chickens, curious cats and a couple of friendly goats. We are often outside working or playing, but the apartment is very private once you are upstairs!! There is NO WiFi here. There IS a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of movies, and fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

Feel free to wander our 14 acres or just relax by the river. The RV has a full bathroom, with small shower. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, a grill, and all the necessities to fix a great meal. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
