Beautiful vacation home in the Allgäu with mountain views

Beautiful house (year of construction 2020) with sunny terrace at the foot of the Auerberg in Bernbeuren. The apartment extends over the first floor + second floor. In the attic there is a detached apartment. To the southeast you have a magnificent mountain view. All rooms newly furnished, 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, TV room with sofa bed for 2. 2x55" smart TV + Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels. Bath and shower, toilet, washing machine. Parking at the house. Access to our tourist guide with tested GPX tracks and restaurants.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Forest is the future [tree house owl]

Man and nature meet at eye level. The deceleration begins upon arrival. The last approx. 150 m is from the parking lot on foot and with a ladder cart to the tree stilt house. There you will find a flowering and orchard meadow, a newly planted forest of partly still very small, native and foreign trees, a stream with a footbridge, two tree pulpits and in the middle three tree stilt houses. Across the street is the Haslach (bathing) lake on the Auerberg (1055 m).

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Welcome - whoever you are. Children are very welcome. Ideal for 2 families, generation meetings or circles of friends. The charm of the house is certainly the history of the cheese kitchen from 1890 paired with an individual interior. Also valuable, the interiors are very spacious on over 200 square meters of living space. There is plenty of space for you to spend time together and plenty of retreats to be on your own.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.
