We used the apartment because we were renovating our home. The new apartment was in perfect condition and exactly met our expectations. The residential complex is located on a quiet side street and the neighbors were also barely audible. Communication with Maxi and David was very easy and always pleasant.

Really nice place to stay that was centrally located. The inside looks just like the photos posted and the host met us and showed us around the place. Nice terrace to sit and have a beverage in the morning or evening. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation and the associated garden is much nicer than stated in the Airbnb description. We have found an idyllic place, lovingly maintained and very quiet in the middle of cheerful birdsong. The Mur cycle path to Graz is 500 m away and very easy to ride. Maria's house is the perfect place to visit the city of Graz and to relax. Glad to come back.

Absolutely wonderful place. Extremely clean, from the entrance to the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious and cozy apartment. The washer was a plus for us traveling light. We felt right at home. Easy to get there after a day around the center of Graz. Too bad we stayed only for one night. We had a wonderful stay.
