Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. Tea Tree Cottage is half way between Paihia and Opua with access to both via the coastal track . It is the perfect base for a walking holiday with many walks in close proximity. You’ll love the cottage as it is quiet and has native bush between it and the water. The place is perfectly set up for couple, twin share or those with a new family (portacot available on request). Accessibility: Please note the cottage is situated down a flight of garden stairs.

The Cowshed Cottage

Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
