Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

The villa is located in a scenic area with proximity to a swimming lake with a sandy beach and jetties and Sjöholmsparken, which offers paddle, golf and canoe rental.

Enjoy the tranquility of beautiful nature, with walking distance to a swimming area and convenient public transportation to Gothenburg (bus station 500 meters from the house with a direct bus into Gothenburg in 30 minutes). A perfect summer oasis for 1-4 people. Sheets and towels are provided for free at the house. Also coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc. Hjortviken country club, 15 minutes by car. Mc Donalds, Ok/Q8 about 5 min by car. Landvetter airport 7 minutes by car. Travel cot (crib) for baby, high chair and changing bed can be borrowed for free.

Villa Bastuviken

YOU WILL ARRIVE TO FRESHLY-MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linens. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. There is enough firewood for the first day. During the summer, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but cleaning can be purchased for SEK 3,500.

This nice cottage offers beautiful nature with its own lake and fantastic hiking trails just around the corner. Vika Trollen - Idyllic red cottage by the beach

Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Welcome to Villa Kvarndammen! We are a family with two adults and three children, and this is our holiday home. The house is located at the end of a private road, with only one neighbor. You live in a rural setting with walking distance to a grocery store. This house is perfect for 2-3 families. Light the wood-fired sauna and take a swim in the small pond. Plenty of room & many social areas both inside & out. 2 km from the house, there is Hjortviken, a new hotel with pool club opportunity and two restaurants.

If it gets too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away.
