THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Lake Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. SUP boards are available for hire. There are nice swimming areas, jogging tracks, illuminated trails, an outdoor gym, and cycling and hiking trails, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You will stay in a newly built house of 36 sqm with room for 2-3 people and your own furnished outdoor area. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal are included. During the peak season from May to September, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

A perfect summer oasis for 1-4 people. Sheets and towels are provided for free at the house. Also coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc. Hjortviken country club, 15 minutes by car. Mc Donalds, Ok/Q8 about 5 min by car. Landvetter airport 7 minutes by car. Travel cot (crib) for baby, high chair and changing bed can be borrowed for free.

Villa Bastuviken

YOU WILL FIND FRESHLY MADE BEDS WITH TOWELS. So you don't need to bring bed linen. There is toilet paper, coffee filters, washing-up liquid and dishwasher detergent. There is enough firewood for the first day, and as an extra luxury, there is a canoe and a rowboat. ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing licence that you can buy at Ifiske. Search for "fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon". However, fishing for children up to 14 years old is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can purchase cleaning for SEK 3,000.

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture.
