It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

Perfect place for two people that that are mobile. An almost brand new unit that has all of the latest conveniences. The bed is supper comfortable. The rental unit is located above a two car garage that is very quiet for a wonderful green way is located directly behind the rental. In the Belmont section of Charlotte within an easy walk to the blue line that quickly gets one downtown or north to No Da.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

This apartment in Salisbury is my go-to every time I visit—and for good reason. The location is ideal: close to downtown restaurants, shops, and cafés, yet quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself is charming, spotless, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Sue is a fantastic host—quick to respond, kind, and always helpful. One of the things I love most is the sense of community; I’ve made wonderful new friends during my stays and often reconnect with familiar faces. There’s something truly special about this place—warm, welcoming, and filled with good energy. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who genuinely cares, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place to stay! Loved the huge screened in porch and the upstairs area was great for kids hangout spot. I wish we had a water craft to enjoy the lake but we were in town to host a wedding. We did get to enjoy the dock and a little swimming the day after festivities. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! The place is walkable to restaurants and stores, and a quick uber ride to everywhere else. It’s also comfortable and quiet, and the porch and backyard are a great bonus. Matthew was extremely responsive to any requests or questions for the duration of our trip. Would definitely stay again!

Since this was my first BNB experience I was a little skeptical of the process, but it was seamless. We arrived earlier than expected so I contacted Jeremy and he was very accommodating giving us early access. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty of cookware to use if you wanted. The only thing that was missing was not having a kitchen table for any meals or snacks. The house was clean and we felt at home which is exactly what we were looking for.

Awesome find! Quiet and relaxing, so much to do right within the home. Perfect for fishing, water sports and relaxing by the fire. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

Spotless house! Large, fully fenced yard which was perfect for our dog. The house had everything we needed to get through the week and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Malinda's place was perfect for our 4 generation, family weekend. We each had our own comfortable space to retire to at night and the living area and loft were perfect for being together and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with, coffee, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and electronic appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. Malinda's place was very clean. Every room was spotless and smelled fresh. Each bathroom had fresh linens, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner as well as cotton balls, cotton round and q-tips on each vanity. The home is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and is not far from shopping and restaurants. When messaging with Malinda, she was always very prompt in responding and answered in a helpful and friendly way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Malinda's lovely place and would definitely stay here again for future visits to the Charlotte area.❤️

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT... ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER STAID IN. WYNN RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I BOOKED THIS LAST MINUTE AND WAS SO WORRIED SOMETHING WAS GOING TO GO WRONG, BUT IT DIDN'T. THANKS SOOO MUCH WYNN.

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.

Quiet and comfortable, would stay there again.
