The mirror suite has mirror function in two walls. You can look out but no one can see in. Not even the deer, birds, fox or moose wandering by. You live centrally, not far from shop and people, but still all to yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a nearby house. The atmosphere can be nothing but good.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. To keep things straight; -this is a simple rustic lazy camping cabin, for one night stands or five, trapped in between a hissing forest and a dead cold sandy bottom beach with an annoying cacophony of breaking waves, tickling flora and wild animal shrieks, -all fronting a horror show of badly colored sunsets... Actually this is all about atmosphere, slowing down and taking chances. And you might like it.

Bicycle trail right outside the cabin in the summer, ski slope(occasionally) in the winter. Excellent area for mountain hiking and hunting. One of Høylandet's finest beaches, Svortstranda is about 800 meters further away, popular for the children. Free access to shared sauna which is also close to the cabin. Canoe is included in rent

There is also a spacious porch downstairs with a small group of garden furniture. Fire pan for cozy evenings. No smoking. Allowed with pets. Wood-burning. Do not burn anything other than wood IN the oven.

Here you can experience living in an architect-designed atrium house. The house was built in 2018 and has a separate micro house for rent. There is a high standard throughout the micro house, which is about 40 m2. Tiled bathroom, private kitchen and large outdoor area. There are two separate bedrooms, one combined with sofa/sofa bed.
