The best in southern hospitality, comfort, and value, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pet-friendly gem on a large fenced lot is well-stocked with creature comforts and is centrally located between Birmingham, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa, Auburn, and Talladega Superspeedway. Groceries, restaurants, and shopping are all within a mile. 1/8 of a mile off of Hwy 280, you will find "the Chic" to be a most convenient and comfortable accommodation for work or pleasure travel.

The house was 30 minutes to the wedding venue, and a peaceful 50 minutes back from the rehearsal dinner in Calera, Al. Most guests stayed in a hotel in Calera, but I thought I’d try this house instead. I’m so glad I did. My wife actually thanked me for not cramming us into a hotel room. The night before the wedding we just chilled out in the house and watched TV til after midnight. Our 3 daughters are all in their 20’s and don’t see each other much anymore, and it was great to see them socializing together. Our 2 teenage boys hung out in easy chairs playing on their phones with the free wifi. Sunny and Rusty’s rental house was just what we needed. It was basically like staying in your trendy aunt’s house minus the aunt and uncle. Sunny was quick to respond to messages and seemed very friendly. Her design touches are inspiring. I named the painting on the wall in the master bedroom the Moona Lisa. It was mesmerizing. My wife wanted to buy the sheets they were so soft. In conclusion, everyone loved it, felt very cozy, and we would all stay there again. Thanks!”
You will have the basement studio apartment all to yourself which includes an outdoor entrance, a back sitting area with firepit, a full bathroom, kitchenette, living room area with a projector, and a murphy bed to have sweet dreams in. I do reside in the main house which sits above the apartment. There is no shared space.
