Le bas dispose d’un canapé lit, salon cosy et cuisine tout équipée. WC à part en bas.

Le bâtiment est indépendant de notre maison . Au rez de chaussée se trouvent le salon, les wc et la cuisine et à l'étage la chambre avec la salle de bain. .Nous sommes à 3 km de la forêt de Phalempin . Pour le travail, l'autoroute est à 7 mn .
