Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Relax with the whole family in "Haus Henk" Close to Vienna and close to many sights, this vacation home is located in the district of Korneuburg. Space for up to 8 people. Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

The apartment is quiet, everything is bright, modern and lovingly furnished. You can relax on the loggia and let the day come to an end. Tram 31 is about 20 m from the main entrance and takes you to • to U6 (Floridsdorf) • to U2 & U4 (Schottenring) Stammersdorf is connected to the city centre in about 25–30 minutes by public transport.

You can reach Vienna's many attractions in 15–30 minutes by car.

Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
