It is the ideal base for exploring the region: the city of Kortrijk, the war history in and around Ypres, the art cities of Bruges and Ghent or a trip to the sea.

The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and double bed (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden at the front of the house. The village is quiet near Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk). Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

We have renovated this farmhouse and we are happy to provide our studio located on the floor of our house. We hope to offer you a cosy little cocoon. We will be happy to share our family life with you, with our two children Suzanne 5 years old, Gustave 10 years old, our cat Georgette and our chickens.
