Ce chalet offre un mélange parfait de confort moderne et d'authenticité rustique, vous invitant à vous détendre et à profiter de la tranquillité de la campagne environnante. Avec son ambiance chaleureuse, notre chalet est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade inoubliable en famille ou entre amis. Situé dans un verger, le gîte en ossature bois est exposé plein sud qui offre une grande luminosité, une vue sur le village. L'hébergement de 60m2 peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il comprend un carport pour véhicule ou motos, un salon, un espace de vie avec cuisine équipée, salon et salle à manger, une salle de bain avec douche, une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Le petit plus : la terrasse en bois pour profiter du soleil ou admirer les étoiles. Possibilité de réserver une séance de SPA (voir avec le propriétaire). La propriétaire propose également des séances de massage AMMA Assis: Offrez-vous 20 minutes de détente avec un massage qui se pratique sur chaise , par acupressions, balayages et étirements … de nombreux bienfaits, au tarif de 20€ par personne pour une séance de 20 minutes. You will be in the city center in close proximity to all types of shops (bakery, city market, champagne bars, restaurants...). The train station is just a short walk away.

A boat is available, forest hikes and not forgetting visits to World War I sites. For safety reasons, the cabin is not suitable for children under 12 years old Located 15km from the city of Sainte Ménéhould. The Tree House is closed in winter, from November to March.

The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
