Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
