After picking up the keys from the secure box at the entrance of a small condominium on Rue Forest, you will cross the lobby and then a courette to reach our 20 m2 studio on the 1st floor without elevator access. To find your way, on foot: 300 m from the train station, with bus stop 500 m from Place Ducale, terraces and pedestrian street 900 m from the cinema, bowling alley     ⁃    Close to all amenities: Bakery, Laundromat, newsstand, bank, pharmacy, restaurants…

A mirror-effect bay window offers you a breathtaking view of a calm and relaxing landscape, without fear of being observed. At night, once snuggled in your cozy bed, you'll have your choice of watching the animals or watching a movie on our overhead projector... and with our starry sky, it's like sleeping under the stars. ✨

"The little house"

“The little house” is located in a quiet location along the Canal des Ardennes. A few meters from the greenway for relaxing walks. (Possibility of boat rental without a license.) Individual accommodation, all comforts. Cozy. Baby cot available (to be specified when booking) Guests can park your vehicle in front of the house. Easy access. The house is located between Charleville-Mezieres and Sedan and close to Belgium No pets are accepted.

THE GITE OF BEAUREGARD

Cottage with Nordic bath completely renovated in the middle of nature, rated 4 stars and labeled 4 Clés Vacances, with large garden ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends. We wanted to make this old building, composed of a barn and a stable, this exceptional place while preserving the Dom stone combined with wood and metal. We live there. The cottage is attached to our home but totally independent.

Located in Les Ayvelles, you will find this apartment on the 1st floor, followed by a staircase to get to the living room. Ideally located, it is a few minutes' walk to the CORA Villers-Semeuse area. By car, 10 minutes from Cabaret Vert, 15 minutes from Place Ducale, 15 minutes from Domaine de Vendresse and 15 minutes from Château Fort de Sedan. Free parking spots on the street right in front are always free.
